Fleet operations platform

Every vehicle
accounted for,
every morning.

Vehicles, drivers, trips, maintenance and compliance — in one place, for the whole fleet. Built for the fleet you actually run — staff booking vehicles from a pool, drivers working fixed routes, or jobs going out from a yard.

Illustrative fleet.

Three ways a fleet works

The system takes its vocabulary from yours

You choose how your fleet operates when the workspace is set up. The screens, the figures on the dashboard and the words on every page follow that choice. A route is not a job, and a job is not a request — so the system does not call them the same thing.

Staff vehicle pool and hire

Staff pool and hire

Vehicles kept for the organisation's own use. Staff request one, a transport office approves it, and spare capacity can be hired out to customers.

Work is calledRequests

Scheduled route transport

Scheduled routes

A transport company running vehicles on fixed routes. Work is a route assignment on a schedule rather than a one-off request.

Work is calledRoutes

Logistics and job dispatch

Job dispatch

A logistics operation assigning jobs to vehicles — dispatched from a yard or start point, or handed to a vehicle already on the road.

Work is calledJobs

What it keeps

One record per vehicle, and everything that happened to it

Fleet register

Every vehicle, its documents, condition, and who has it.

Work on the road

Requests, routes or jobs — whichever your fleet runs.

Maintenance

Servicing, parts, and what each vehicle has cost to keep.

Fuel

Fills and consumption, with economy that flags its own outliers.

Compliance

Insurance and roadworthiness, and what expires when.

Reports

Cost, utilisation, and exports for whoever is asking.

Why it holds up

The parts you only notice when they fail

Separation is enforced by the database
One company's data is invisible to another at the storage layer, not by remembering to filter in every query. A query written without a company constraint returns your rows, or none — never somebody else's.
Access ends when you end it
Suspend a company or deactivate a person and it takes effect on their very next action, not whenever their session happens to expire. Someone dismissed on Monday does not still have access on Tuesday.
Your address is permanent
Once issued it is never reassigned or renamed. It goes on passes and vehicle livery and gets typed from memory, so it is treated as something in the physical world rather than a setting.
Every action is on the record
Who changed what, and when — including anything done while supporting you. Support access to your data leaves a trail you can read.

One address per company

Your own front door, with your own name on it

Each company gets a permanent address carrying its own name, showing its own branding before anyone signs in — so a driver at a gate at six in the morning can tell whose system they are looking at without logging in first.

Looks like

fleetbase.ceess.net/your-company

Fixed once issued. It goes on passes and vehicle livery and gets typed from memory, so it is never reassigned or renamed underneath you.

Start with the vehicles you already have

Bring your register across as a spreadsheet and the rest follows — trips, fuel, servicing and documents, against vehicles you already recognise.
